Welcome to Wild Core Safari (wildcoresafari.com). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any service requests.
1. Nature of Services
Wild Core Safari is a private travel agency and third-party service provider. We offer expert consultancy, travel planning, resort stays, and safari assistance for Jim Corbett National Park.
- We are NOT the official website of Corbett Tiger Reserve or the Uttarakhand Forest Department.
- We do NOT claim to be a government body. Our charges include service fees for planning, documentation, and hospitality management.
2. Safari Bookings & Availability
- All safari permits are subject to availability as per the official forest department guidelines.
- Safari zones (Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, etc.) are allotted by the forest department. While we provide expert guidance on the best zones, the final allotment is subject to official rules.
- The park may close specific zones without prior notice due to weather conditions or administrative reasons. Wild Core Safari is not liable for such government-mandated closures.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices quoted are for the specific tour packages mentioned.
- A partial or full advance payment may be required to secure your resort stay and safari planning services.
- Prices are subject to change if there is a revision in government taxes or forest department entry fees.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Safari Permits: Once issued by the forest department, safari permits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable as per government norms.
- Resort Bookings: Cancellation charges for hotel/resort stays depend on the specific property’s policy and the time of cancellation.
- Service Fees: Our service and consultancy fees are non-refundable once the planning process has initiated.
5. Identification & Documentation
- Travelers must provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) for safari documentation.
- The ID used at the time of planning must be carried in original during the safari. Wild Core Safari is not responsible for entry denials due to incorrect or missing IDs.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Wild Core Safari acts as a facilitator between the traveler and service providers (hotels, transporters, etc.). We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to luggage during the trip.
- Travelers are advised to follow all forest department rules, including silence during safari and no littering.
7. Changes to Terms
Wild Core Safari reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
