Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: March 23, 2026
At Wild Core Safari, we strive to provide the best wildlife experience. However, since our services involve third-party providers (Forest Department and Hotels), our refund policy is governed by their specific terms. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Safari Permit Cancellations
- Non-Refundable: As per the strict guidelines of the Corbett Tiger Reserve / Forest Department, safari permits (Jeep/Canter) once issued are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No Date Change: Once a permit is booked for a specific date and slot, it cannot be rescheduled or shifted to another person.
- Park Closures: If the Forest Department closes a specific zone due to weather (heavy rain), VIP movement, or administrative reasons, Wild Core Safari is not liable for refunds. However, we will assist you in alternative planning where possible.
2. Hotel & Resort Cancellations
Refunds for accommodation depend on the timing of your cancellation request:
- 30 Days or More Before Check-in: 80% refund of the total hotel booking amount.
- 15 to 29 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of the total hotel booking amount.
- Less than 15 Days Before Check-in: No refund (100% cancellation charges apply).
- Peak Season (Oct 15 – June 15): During peak dates, festivals (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), many resorts follow a No-Refund policy.
3. Service & Management Fees
- Non-Refundable: The service fee charged by Wild Core Safari for expert guidance, documentation handling, and itinerary planning is non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a traveler fails to arrive at the designated pickup point or resort at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a “No-Show,” and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
5. Refund Process
- Request: All cancellation requests must be sent via email to contact@wildcoresafari.com from the registered email ID used during booking.
- Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days and credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card).
6. Force Majeure
Wild Core Safari is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any “Act of God” beyond our control. In such cases, we will try our best to provide credit notes for future travel, subject to hotel approval.
